About
PPC & Ecommerce Growth Specialist I scale ad accounts, fix underperforming budgets, and turn struggling ecommerce brands into serious competitors. 7 years across in-house, agency, and freelance, managing budgets from £500-a-month startups to £500k-a-month enterprise ad accounts. THE PROOF ProBikeTrader — from side hustle to serious competitor A second-hand bike shop in Glasgow, hit by the 2020 cycling boom with no digital presence to match the demand. I built and ran the full digital operation from the ground up: Shopify 2.0 rebuild, multichannel integration across eBay, Amazon and Google Shop, SEO strategy, paid ads, and all creative. Every page was systematically split-tested against heatmap and customer journey data. Result: Conversion rate up from 1.3% to 4.2%, and the site became a genuine competitor in the UK bike market. The relationship started in lockdown and remains strong to this day.
Weetons: A migration that could've gone wrong
Weetons needed a Wordpress to Shopify migration and a full paid ad channel restructure. A complex store with a custom built loyalty scheme that updates between in-store and online. A messy project that easily could've gone wrong and with 90% of business happening in Q4, a mistake could have been costly.
Result: Q4 online revenue up 4,178% year-on-year.
Yorkshire Cancer Research: Retail to ecommerce, fast
Tasked with converting a high-street retail model into an ecommerce operation from scratch. Perfecting the Shopify and Ebay strategy, to raise as much funds as possible.
Result: Sales quadrupled in 6 months, with a new multichannel setup and full marketing strategy built alongside it.
Garden Trading — turning around a struggling account
Inherited an underperforming PPC account from a big marketing agency, and saved their year. Isolating brand, removing campaign overlap, improving product data and driving incremental customers.
Result: Restructured the campaigns and delivered +37% over target, generating £2m+ in revenue for the quarter.

ABOUT
I've been in ecommerce and PPC for 7 years, and honestly, I started learning it the hard way. Running my own (mildly disastrous) home decor store while at uni, funding it with my McWages. It taught me more than my marketing degree did: how to fail, how to teach myself things fast, and how to keep going when it's not working yet.
Since then I've worked in-house and agency-side, led teams, managed seven-figure ad budgets, and rebuilt underperforming accounts into record-breakers. I like both ends of the job — the strategy and the hands-on tinkering. I'm just as happy restructuring a Google Ads account as I am rebuilding a Shopify theme from scratch.
Right now I'm focused on PPC management / ecommerce growth consulting. Get in touch if you've got an account that needs fixing or scaling.
